Suitable for all ages, a hunt is easy to organise and a great way to get outdoors and have fun exploring. Also ideal for a School Trip, Overseas Students visiting the UK or as an activity for a special occasion, a Birthday or Hen Weekend....the list goes on!

Q15, Q16, Q17 and Q18 maybe inaccessible if the Kendal Flood Risk Scheme is still in place. As a temporary diversion cross the River Kent at Miller Bridge and walk down to the footbridge, cross the river then continue the hunt from Q19.

Following the directions and solving the clues along the way, Kendal Treasure Hunts take you past many local attractions and places of interest, The Town Hall, Market Place, Market Hall, The Museum of Natural History and Archaeology, The Quaker Tapestry, Holy Trinity and St. George Catholic Church, Miller Bridge and Holy Trinity Church, but more importantly they get you looking around opening your eyes to so many other things you would ordinarily walk straight past!

A hunt will take about 2 hours to complete. Families and School trips hunting, why not pop in to some of the Visitor Attractions along the way, most of which are free to visit, and incorporate your hunt into a full day of things to do! Corporate groups, why not end your hunt in a restaurant or bar to end things off and mark the answers? A practical hunt with lots of ways to be used :0) Happy Hunting!
